Phodiso Modirwa is a Motswana writer and poet with works appearing in Guernica, Brittle Paper, Jalada Africa, Lolwe, 20.35 Africa and elsewhere. Her chapbook, Speaking In Code is published by Akashic Books as part of Tisa: New-Generation African Poets, A Chapbook Box Set. She is a 2024 International Writing Program (IWP) resident.
