Iryn Tushabe

A native of Uganda currently resident in Saskatchewan, Canada, Iryn Tushabe is a writer and independent journalist.  Her creative nonfiction has been nominated for the CBC Creative Nonfiction Prize.  Her short fiction had been anthologised in book seven of the Carter V Cooper short fiction series.  A graduate of the Humber School for Writers, she’s currently completing her debut novel, which is set in contemporary rural and urban Uganda.
